We have a variety of small groups, prayer meetings and events which involve both Clergy and Laity participation and leadership.  PCCs still have the responsibility for day to day running of Parish Churches and for the content and availability of worship in their area.

The Team Council is responsible for the shape of worship throughout the Papworth Team and for forming and sharing the vision of the team.  It consists of elected representatives from each Parish, alongside the Clergy (at present a Team Rector and Team Vicar), our Readers and the Youth Ministry Co-Ordinator.  As well as Team Council Representatives there are various office holders on the Team Council.  The team is also resourced by a Team Administrator.
